Typical day
SilverGlobe Software Solutions likes to start the day by getting all the little things done first, our day start on 10:30 am. We have got a nice Development Office at Pune in The Address Commercia,Wakad. The atmosphere in the office is relaxed but focused. If client send a small request to add or remove some content, We will probably do that first. Next we talk to Jr. and Sr. Tech about our current projects. We have a quick consult to decide what we’ll each be doing, then separate for a while.

1.Online Marketing Executive
Experience Required 1-3 Years (MBA or Any Similar Management Degree)
Duties of an online marketing executive include:
- Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.
- With the rest of the Marketing Communications team act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.
- Overseeing PPC campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment.
- Writing informative and effective search engine optimized copy for the website and external blog postings.
- Using the CRM to maximize online marketing opportunities.
- Managing the company’s email marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns.
- Managing the organizations Social Media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.
- Managing the content diary for social media content.
- Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
- Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant.
The ideal background of an online marketing executive:
- Previous online marketing experience ideally from the same or similar industry.
- A CIM qualification would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience of HTML coding and Photoshop would be an advantage.
- Analytical and proactive approach to online marketing.
2.Mobile App Developer
Experience Required 0-2 Years (BE,MCA)
Responsibilities
- Mobile App Developer who having sound knowledge of Android or Xcode
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
- Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
- Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
- Design interfaces to improve user experience
- Liaise with Product development team to plan new features
- Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
- Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Mobile developer
- Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market
- In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Ability to perform in a team environment
3.PHP Developer
Experience Required 0-2 Years (BE,MCA)
Responsibilities
- Mobile App Developer who having sound knowledge of Android or Xcode
- Understanding client requirements & functional specifications
- Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications
- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
- Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
- Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments
- Sending regular updates about project status
Requirements
- Must be proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML
- Should have experience with CMS like Zen Cart, WordPress, Drupal, Magento.
- Should have excellent written communication skills (English)
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Must have capacity to work independently and also as a part of team
- Must have dedication and commitment towards work
